Woke up this morning. Checked my email/Twitter/Texts, stumbled into the office to check Facebook and what is there to greet me? A Facebook Pay-Per-Click add from the producers of my Ambrosia, Jack Daniel’s, advertising their new brand of Tennessee Honey!
Now, I’ve sampled the other Honey spirits out there, Seagram’s Dark Honey, Wild Turkey’s Honey Bourbon, and I like ‘em! They’re not the strongest brands, they’re tough to drink more than 1 or 2 because they’re so sweet, but, DAMMIT! They’re delicious!
I can’t WAIT to get some of the Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey in me! I mean, just look at it, doesn’t it just make you smile…?
There’s already a recipe page for cocktails using their new drunken bee love-child, of which I will have to make each, and you better be DAMNED sure we’re going to try these out on the Podcast! (That is, if I can ever get Hoover back in here to record one or I stop getting sick all the time…)
I will have a follow-up post to this once I get my grubby hands on a bottle and try it out. Might even have to do a compare/contrast with the other Honey Boozes out there, I’ll be sure to let you know. But in the mean time, bask in the glory that be… Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey!
